Participants will work through the authorized WRAP Seminar I workbook while exploring their Wellness Toolbox, Daily Plan, stressors, early warning signs, action planning, crisis planning, and post-crisis planning.

FASD 101 introduces fetal alcohol spectrum disorders and other prenatal exposure impacts through a practical, respectful, and lived-experience-informed lens. Participants will explore common strengths and support needs, the role of environment and communication, and ways families, peer professionals, and service providers can reduce barriers without diagnosing or stereotyping.

Trauma-Responsive Services helps peer professionals and service providers recognize how trauma can shape communication, trust, engagement, and access to support. Participants will examine practical strategies for increasing choice, transparency, collaboration, and emotional safety while remaining within their role.

Recovery Capital explores the internal and external resources that help people initiate and sustain recovery. Participants will learn how to recognize personal, social, community, and cultural recovery capital and use a strengths-based approach to support person-led planning.

Join a small eight-week adult WRAP cohort focused on maintaining wellness through holiday grief, family stress, boundaries, isolation, changing routines, and recovery-related pressures. Participants will use the authorized WRAP Seminar I workbook to build practical, personalized wellness and action plans.

Recovery Planning gives peer professionals a practical framework for supporting person-led goals without taking over the planning process. Participants will connect strengths, priorities, recovery capital, action steps, and support choices in a way that protects autonomy and meaningful choice.
